The new crop of Ethiopian coffees are arriving, so this month we wanted to feature two new Ethiopia coffees before they are available to the public later this year! This month's filter edition is Chelbesa, a beautiful, classic Yirgacheffe washed process coffee with bright acidity and elegant florality. Our espresso option is Chelchele Espresso, a natural process coffee full of juicy and sweet strawberry. For those of you who receive a mixed coffee selection, this month’s filter coffee #2 is our newest offering from Colombia, Gilma Gutierrez and for espresso #2 we have our Brazilian espresso Tres Barras Espresso!
