This month we are excited to offer an exclusive coffee from our friend Benjamin Paz and his farm La Leona. For this month both of our espresso and filter options are a pacas variety, that has been processed using the honey processing method and an experimental/unconventional drying technique, known as "dark room dried." For those of you who receive a mixed coffee selection, this month’s filter coffee #2 is Granitos, a yellow honey processed coffee from our friends the Calderon family in Costa Rica and Herchere Espresso, a washed process coffee from Ethiopia!
